Moi drodzy! Właśnie do księgarni trafia kolejna książka Wydawnictwa Czarna Owieczka do której miałam przyjemność wykonać całą masę ilustracji:)
Jest to tytuł "O Gender i innych potworach" autorstwa znanej publicystki i feministki Magdaleny Środy, która zajmuje się problematyką kobiecą a co z tym idzie zagadnieniami z zakresu płci kulturowej - a więc tytułowego Gender:) Temat jest szalenie ciekawy, ale o tym każdy musi przekonać się sam - moim zadaniem było stworzenie ilustracji dowcipnych i lekkich, ponieważ książka adresowana jest głównie (choć nie tylko) do młodych czytelników. Jestem baaardzo zadowolona z efektu końcowego - książkę zaprojektowałam kompleksowo od A do Z i było to dla mnie pierwsze takie wyzwanie, głównie ze względu na skomplikowany skład tekstu i ilustracji. Okładka jest meeega kolorowa a cała książka jest bardzo "zgrabna" o ile można tak powiedzieć o publikacji:) Będę Was na bieżąco informować o losach książki - dzisiaj pierwsza porcja obrazków:) oczywiście zapraszam do komentowania:)

My dear! That goes to the bookstore next book Publishing Black Sheep which I had the pleasure to do a whole bunch of illustration:)
This is the title "On Gender and other monsters " by the well-known publicist and feminists Magdalena Środa, which deals with women's issues and further it matters relating to gender - thus the title Gender:)
The subject is extremely interesting , but more on that everyone must convince himself - my task was to create illustrations witty and light, because the book is aimed primarily ( but not exclusively ) to young readers. I am sooooo happy with the end result - a book designed a comprehensive A to Z, and for me it was the first such challenge, mainly due to the complex composition of text and illustrations. Cover is meeega color and the whole book is very " slim " unless you could say that about the publication I will keep you informed about the fate of the book - the first portion of pictures today of course I invite you to comment:)
